Internet sensation Marlou Arizala, who now goes by the name Xander Ford, surprised netizens again this week with a change in his appearance.

On Facebook, Star Image Artist Management shared the schedule of its ward’s upcoming out-of-town shows, along with photos and videos of the performer sporting a long hairstyle.

Ford likewise shared on Instagram pictures of his new look that instantly caught his followers’ attention. Comments were a mix of approving and critical, with a number quipping, "Haba ng hair!" Others observed that Ford achieved the style with clip-on hair extensions.

Ford first made headlines with a total makeover after undergoing weeks of cosmetic surgery in October. Aside from having his nose and chin altered, Ford also had his teeth, eyebrows and lips fixed.
